The Theatre Department at Lycoming College offers an exciting, engaging and active program intended to help develop well rounded theatre individuals. The in-depth academic preparation combined with extensive production work aims to equip students with the skills required to succeed in the professional theatre, graduate school, and/or a wide range of vocations. As a theatre major, you can explore individual interests by choosing a concentration in acting, directing, musical theatre, design/technology, or stage management. We also offer minors in design and technology or performance. We strongly encourage double majors and have designed a program that supports students pursuing different academic and/or professional interests.
