When the events of September 11, 2001, bring air travel across North America to a sudden halt, 38 planes carrying nearly 7,000 passengers are unexpectedly diverted to the small town of Gander, Newfoundland. What begins as a moment of uncertainty quickly becomes an unforgettable story of compassion, resilience, and the extraordinary kindness of strangers.
Filled with soaring music, unforgettable characters, and genuine humor, Come From Away celebrates the best of humanity as people from around the world discover hope, friendship, and community in the most unexpected of places. Based on remarkable true events, this Tony Award-winning musical reminds us that even in our darkest moments, generosity and connection can light the way.

is honored to be part of this incredible show. In recent years she has played Maria in The Sound of Music and the title role in Mary Poppins, both with Christ Wesleyan Theatre. Most recently she played Grace Farrell in Annie and music directs with Salt and Light Theatre. She is deeply grateful for her family’s willingness to share her with this cast, and she hopes that the audience walks away from the show with a renewed sense of hope that beautiful things can rise from the ashes.

Is beyond excited to be part of the show that restored her faith in humanity. She made her stage debut at age six and hasn’t stepped away from theatre since. A proud graduate of IUP with a B.A. in Theatre, she grew up performing/teaching at Millbrook Playhouse and has most recently spent her time behind the scenes, running sound and choreographing at CTL and Montoursville Area High School. She hopes this production leaves audiences feeling uplifted and changed for the better. I love you, Mom.

RACHEL DRUCKENMILLER
Rachel's first experience with CTL was in 2017 with The Hunchback of Notre Dame as a congregant. Since then, she has portrayed The Baker's Wife in Into the Woods, Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Miss Shingle in Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, Truvy in Steel Magnolias, Violet in 9 to 5, and Paulette in Legally Blonde. Rachel attended IUP for Musical Theater Performance. When she's not parking and barking on stage, she is the cake decorator at Lycoming College. He has most recently been seen on stage (playing himself in Godspell), back stage (music directing 9 to 5), below the stage (noodling on Keyboard 3, Hairspray), and in the audience cheering and laughing (he's a really good laugher). In his spare time Theo works as a piano technician, a church music director, and performs with many instrumental and choral ensembles.

is a Brazilian-born singer and performer who spent nearly two decades in the Brazilian gospel music industry, recording several albums and performing across Brazil. Now calling Lewisburg home, he is thrilled to begin a new chapter with Come From Away. Offstage, Sergio works as a pharmacy technician and enjoys his local community. He is grateful to his husband, Allen, for his love and support, and to the cast and creative team for welcoming him aboard this incredible journey

is the Executive Artistic Director of the Community Theatre League, where he is celebrating his twelfth season and CTL’s milestone 50th. Recent directing credits include ‘Anastasia’ and ‘RENT’. A Williamsport native, Seth is honored to direct ‘Come From Away’ and share its powerful message of kindness and community. His favorite roles are offstage as husband to Marisa and dad to Leo and Matteo.

serves on the faculty at Lycoming College as an Adjunct Professor of music, teaches piano at the Carriage House in Williamsport, and freelances as a collaborative pianist. She trained at the Cleveland Institute of Music, Florida State University, and Wheaton College. Ellen was the assistant music director for the Encore 2025 production of Sister Act and 2026 production of Anastasia and was the music director of CTL’s 2026 production of Godspell. She is excited for Come From Away!

NAOMI ALEXANDER
is 19 years old and from the Montoursville area. She has danced for over 10 years and has assistant choreographed SIX: Teen Edition at CTL, as well as served as Dance Captain for numerous shows. Outside of CTL, she has assistant choreographed for Danville High School and is a choreographer and cheer coach for Montoursville Cheerleading. As a first-time Head Choreographer, she is so grateful to the cast and staff for this experience. Because we come from everywhere, we all come from away!

a graduate from The New York Film Academy for Musical Theatre. Along with being on stage Rubie was previously involved in HAIRSPRAY(Co-Director), SIX: TEEN EDITION(Director), DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID(2025 - Crew), and THE LIGHTNING THIEF: THE PERCY JACKSON MUSICAL(Director). She has Stage Managed CTL's production of DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID(2022) and PIPPIN. She was also Assistant Director for CTL's production of RAGTIME and DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at the CAC. Missy loves being involved in CTL productions behind the scenes, so costuming is the perfect place for her to give back to the community.
